Try it out :
Go to : administer > settings > content-type page.
Click 'configure' in front of the content-type.
Scroll down the page and you'll see 'Default comment setting:' section.
There are 3 options - Disabled, Read only, Read/Write.

The comment is a fact of life if we have a create a blog. We using the wordpress, We hav not only the solid built in the tools to prevent the comment spam.We remember that the spammers change the way they will be attack any time.

You can disable comments by going to Administer - Content -Content Types, and then on Blog Post (or the content type of your choice) edit it and make sure comments are off by default.
